Privacy Policy

ClaRock (“ClaRock”, “we”, “us”) is a software development company. This policy covers the ClaRock corporate site at clarock.com and the data we process directly. Our products — such as Claform — have their own product privacy terms presented in-app.

We keep collection deliberately minimal:

• Waitlist & contact details. If you join our waitlist or contact us, we store the email address (and any message) you provide so we can reply and send the updates you asked for.
• Anonymous usage analytics. We measure page views and basic site interactions to understand what’s useful. By default this is cookieless and anonymous — no identifying cookie is set unless you grant full consent.
• Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained briefly for security and reliability.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We use the data above only to:

• respond to you and deliver the waitlist or product updates you requested;
• understand and improve how the site performs, in aggregate;
• keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases are your consent (for marketing emails and analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website.

The site is cookieless until you choose otherwise. Granting full consent stores a single first-party analytics identifier; choosing necessary-only keeps you anonymous. Browsers sending a Do Not Track signal are treated as necessary-only automatically.

We share data only with the service providers that run ClaRock on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, and analytics infrastructure — each bound to process it solely on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law. We never sell personal data.

We keep waitlist and contact data until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it. Anonymous analytics are retained in aggregate. Security logs are kept for a short rolling window.

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email, and you can change your cookie choice from the banner or the Cookie Policy.

We’ll update this policy as our products and obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
