Approach
How we build.
ClaRock is a software company with a method, not a roadmap of features. These are the principles every build inherits — the reason Claform feels the way it does, and the reason the next thing will too.
01/Principles
Intelligence first, interface second.
We start from the read, not the form. The hard question — “what does this signal mean, and what should happen next?” — is the product. Everything else is delivery.
Clarity is a feature, not a coat of paint.
A tool that needs a manual has already failed. We design for the moment of understanding: less surface, fewer choices, a single obvious next step.
Opinionated where it counts.
Good defaults beat infinite settings. We make the decisions our users shouldn’t have to, and stay configurable only where it genuinely changes outcomes.
Built to be depended on.
A software company, not a feature factory. We ship things people can put at the center of how they work — and keep them stable, private, and fast enough to trust.
02/The method
Find the unread signal
We look for places where human input piles up and goes unread — feedback, forms, conversations.
Build the read
We make the intelligence layer that turns that signal into meaning, then wrap it in the smallest possible interface.
Close the loop
We don’t stop at insight. Every product ends in a recommended action — clarity you can act on, not admire.
See the method in a product. Meet Claform — the first thing this approach built.
